IPB Communications has achieved a resounding 'yes' vote in the former constituency of retired Prime Minister Tony Blair.
The vote in Sedgefield, County Durham, comes three years after tenants voted against the proposals to transfer their homes to a housing association.
Almost 75 per cent of tenants who took part in the recent ballot voted in favour of transferring the ownership and management of their homes to a brand new housing association called Sedgefield Borough Homes. More than two thirds of Sedgefield Borough Council's 10,000 plus tenants voted in the ballot.
IPB has also recently been appointed to work on transfer communications for Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council and Dacorum Borough Council.
