Online housing services delivered by IPB

IPB has played a key role in the successful launch of the website of Derbyshire-based housing organisation, Rykneld Homes.

Over two months, we project-managed the copywriting, design, development of functions and the creation of a bespoke Content Management System.

The site delivers a host of benefits, for the organisation and users, through improved efficiencies and speed of service. Online users can now pay their rent, apply for housing, request a repair and register an interest in applying for jobs for the first time.

Gayle Nicol, Senior Consultant at IPB, said: "This was a hands-on project for us - and the result will potentially bring significant benefits for Rykneld Homes, its customers and stakeholders.

"This was about much more than delivering an online brochure - it was about integrating online services into the overall vision of the organisation and giving its customers the services they want, how they want them."
