IPB plays key role in Grove Village win

IPB Communications has been instrumental in writing the submission that has scooped Grove Village the PFI/PPP Project of the Year in the Building Awards 2008.

Grove Village is the £100 million PFI scheme that is transforming the former Plymouth Grove housing estate in Ardwick, Manchester, in to a

thriving, mixed tenure, sustainable urban village.

IPB was appointed to raise the profile of the Grove Village consortium and celebrate the success of using PFI as an effective model for regeneration.
