It’s a yes!

Council tenants in Neath Port Talbot have just voted 'yes' to transferring their homes to a new housing organisation following a consultation carried out by IPB.

More than 61% of eligible tenants voted with 56.6% voting in favour.

We were appointed to work with Neath Port Talbot Council to support the communications programme for their housing transfer proposal.

Transfer will see tenants homes brought up to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard with £136 million investment in the first six year after transfer.

Our team worked closely with tenants and leaseholders on the proposal which will bring in more than £694 million for homes and estates over 30 years.
