IPB's commitment to its staff has been further underlined by the renewal of its Investors in People accreditation.
The award is a national standard for companies who demonstrate
best practice in improving overall performance through developing
its employees.
It followed a series of interviews with colleagues about training, support from management and the involvement of staff in the agency's continuing success. It is the second time IPB has earned Investors in People accreditation, having been first awarded it in 2004.
IPB Managing Director Stewart Pimbley said: "A big reason
for our success is our staff, and we feel it is essential that we
support and encourage them to develop into industry-leading
professionals.
"This award recognises the steps we have taken to ensure everyone contributes to our goals."
