IPB makes capital gain

IPB's incredible success in supporting local authorities to consult council tenants on the future of their homes has continued with a 'yes' vote in the London Borough of Merton.

More than 60 per cent of the Council's 6,250 tenants voted, with the majority voting yes to the proposal that will see more than £100 million in investment made in homes and communities over the next few years.

IPB has provided similar support to more than 80 councils in England, Scotland and Wales.

In that time, we have consulted more than one million people and achieved an average turnout approaching 70 per cent.
