Coverage for client's superhero staff

IPB recently secured some great coverage for two of our North East clients - County Durham-based Cestria Community Housing and Frank Haslam Milan (FHM) North East, after staff from the association, along with contractors from FHM, carried out a spate of heroic acts.

In just a matter of weeks the 'Cestria Superheroes', as they have become known, helped to avert a serious house fire, assisted a suspected heart-attack victim and stopped a runaway car with a baby inside.

This fantastic human interest story has achieved excellent coverage in the North East press, with articles appearing in The Sunderland Echo, Northern Echo and Chester-le-Street Advertiser, among others.

FHM roofers Stephen Graham, Dave Graham Snr, Dave Graham Jnr and Richard Loughlin were praised after they put out a fire in the kitchen of a property they were working on.

The drama came just days after Cestria Support Services worker Paul Bainbridge saw a jeep rolling down his street with no-one behind the wheel while out mowing his grass.

It was only after he managed to stop the vehicle that he realised there was a baby in the back seat.

Customer Service staff at Cestria's One Stop Shop were also praised for their actions during two recent incidents.

When an elderly man collapsed outside the shop, trained first aider Customer Services Advisor Joyce Colclough loosened his tie and kept him talking while her colleagues, Tracy Pearson and Danielle Richardson, called an ambulance and contacted his family.
