Bolton transfer win

We've been appointed to work with Bolton Council to support the communications programme for their housing transfer proposal.

The Council is proposing to transfer the ownership of its homes to Bolton at Home, the ALMO which currently manages its homes. Bolton at Home would become a housing association if tenants give their backing to the proposal.

Our team will be working closely with tenants and leaseholders on the proposal which will bring in more than £1,200 million for homes and estates over 30 years.

We are currently working with three other local authorities in Warrington, Oldham and Stockton-on-Tees on their ALMO housing transfers.
