We have been appointed to lead a public consultation into the
multi-million pound improvement of a well-known North West shopping
centre.
Lagmar Properties is working with us to deliver a programme of
community engagement work for Cockhedge Shopping Centre in
Warrington.
The project will see IPB
Consult deliver services which include stakeholder engagement,
public exhibitions, media relations and the production of a
brochure. The aim of the project is to raise awareness of the
benefits of the revamp to shoppers and local residents.
The appointment builds on IPB Consult's work with Tesco, NHS Stoke on Trent and a number of
local authorities in recent years, which has again seen the company
shortlisted for a number of industry awards.
IPB Managing Director Stewart Pimbley said: "Over the last
year, a number of new clients have used our IPB Consult service.
This project is an excellent fit for us and I am delighted that we
are involved in delivering it.
"Nationally, the main political parties are now stating a
desire to see developers engage local communities and stakeholders
on large scale planning applications.
"Our tailored services allow those forward thinking developers
to meet this demand."
