Neighbourhoods in Oldham and Rochdale are being transformed by millions of pounds in investment through the Housing Market Renewal programme.

The 15-year initiative will help stop a spiral of decline in neighbourhoods; however, this level of transformation requires some demolition.

A communication campaign was needed to explain the rationale for the change, chart the progress and demonstrate that people support the work being carried out.

We were appointed to help the Oldham Rochdale Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder generate positive media coverage, bolster communication with local communities and reach key stakeholders and political leaders.
